Fischbach high efficiency fans distinguish themselves by compact design with internal motor combined with high volume flows up to 40.200 m³/h and can therefore replace many standard fans with belt drive. Typical ventilation applications include the fields of industry, suction and clean room technology.

  • double inlet or single inlet, with internal FISCHBACH-DISC-ROTOR-MOTOR
  • 4-poles, 230V/400V/50Hz/60Hz
  • speed 0 – 100 % adjustable by voltage or voltage/frequency
  • insulation class F (155°C) according to VDE 0530
  • Motor protection class IP 65 (electrical part) according to DIN 40050, with CE sign
  • The fan housing is made of galvanized or stainless steel.

Backward bended impeller blades made of galvanized steel or Aluminium sheets, depending on the type punched or riveted. The internal fan assembly has been dynamic balanced according to ISO 1940 part 1 in grade Q6.3 up to Q2.5. The maximum permissible ambient temperature is up to 70°C. The FISCHBACH disc rotor motor is protected against overheating by a thermal contact.

Robust housing made of galvanized steel. Efficiency optimized impeller made of Aluminium and with backward curved blades.

  • Motor protection class IP 65, insulation class F (155°C), protected by a thermal contact.

The aggregate is vibration damped by rubber-metal-connections on the Motor axle for very silent running.

HDE/HD 350-450

Robust housing made of galvanized steel. Consisting of 2 HE fans connected together. The fans fit through standard doors, because they can get connected locally and may be controlled separately. Efficiency optimized impeller made of Aluminium and with backward curved blades.
