Compact Fans with double motor – D/DS/DS-EC Series

Fischbach compact-fans with double motor are the perfect solutions in the field of ventilation implementation with high demanding flexibility. Scopes of application such as for ventilation and deaeration of underground parking garages, restaurants, bars and clubs as well as larger hotel and hall areas, can be covered with this product line with 230 volt motor. The motors can be controlled both parallel and separate.

  • double inlet, with two independent internal FISCHBACH Disc Rotor Motors
  • 4 poles, 230V/400V/50Hz/60Hz
  • 0…100% adjustable by voltage
  • insulation class F (155°) according to VDE 0530
  • Motor protection class IP65 (electrical part) according to DIN 40050 with CE sign.

Internal fan assembly with fixed motor axle mounted on rubber-metal-connections (vibration damper) at the housing.

The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheets. On request available in stainless steel or lacquered steel versions. The mounting brackets are all-round displaceable on the housing, because of the high number of round holes as also spot welding nuts. Long holes ease the mounting at the object slide.

Forward bended impeller blades made of galvanized steel sheets, depending on the type punched or riveted. The internal fan assembly has been dynamic balanced according to ISO 1940 part 1 up to grade Q1, electronical dynamic balancing is also available on request.

The maximum permissible ambient temperature is up to 80°C, depending on the fan. The FISCHBACH disc rotor motor is protected against overheating by a thermal contact.
